The shipping cost for your particular order can be seen using the Shipping Calculator in the Shopping Cart; you will choose your shipping method at the very end of checkout, before you enter payment information.

Orders typically ship the next business day.  Luminence takes no responsibility if you enter an incorrect shipping address.

US Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges vary by weight, but start as follows (includes $1.25 handling charge per order):

USPS Priority Mail - $6.50 and up (typically 2-4 business days)
Fedex Ground/Home Delivery - $7.00 and up (typically 3-6 business days)
USPS Express Mail -  $15.00 and up (guaranteed 1-2 business days)

Express Mail - USPS Express Mail is our standard express shipping method.  Orders must be placed by 11:00am Pacific Time in order to assure same day shipping, pending product availability.  Please click here to see if the USPS service commitment for your area code is 1 or 2 days (originating zip code is 92109).  USPS Express Mail does deliver on Saturday.

Upon request, we may be able to ship via Fedex Overnight; however, the cost is typically 50-100% higher than USPS Express Mail.

International Shipping

Luminence now offers a standard 50% discount on USPS Priority and Express Mail International!   We ship worldwide (with the exception of extra Glowbys batteries, which we no longer ship internationally due to new transport restrictions).  If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please email us , or contact our local distributor by clicking on the corresponding country flag to the left. 

International shipping options with typical delivery times are as follows:

First Class Mail International : $5 and up; 1-3 weeks; NO TRACKING, NO INSURANCE.
Priority Mail International : $14 and up; 6-10 business days; insurable to most countries.
Express Mail International : $18 and up; 3-6 business days; often includes insurance.

The above delivery times are approximate and do not include possible customs delays.  International customers may be responsible for duty or taxes charged by their own country upon receipt of shipment.

We do NOT recommend First Class Mail International; although it is the cheapest shipping method, it is also the least reliable. You take the risk if you choose this shipping method; we will not replace your order if it is lost or stolen during shipping.
