Twelve individual, sparkling Swarovski crystals per package. Apply them to your hair, or anywhere! Just peel each crystal off the backing and apply to your hair. Use thumb and forefinger to press the Crystal Star and the hair together. Discard after wearing. Leaves no residue on hair. Hair should be clean; Stars don't stick so well in oily hair. Hair spray/products are OK.

Crystals are Swarovski size 2028-16ss, 4mm in diameter. The difference between Crystal Stars and Crystal Tresses is: Crystal Stars are individual crystals that can be applied anywhere (allows more variety), there are 12 crystals per package, and they are disposable; Crystal Tresses consist of 9 crystals connected on a strand, and they can be worn repeatedly. Crystal Stars may also be available in more colors than Crystal Tresses.
For those familiar with Swarovski color designations, some of Luminence's color names are not identical. In particular, Diamond corresponds to Crystal, Pink Ice corresponds to Lt Rose, and Ruby corresponds to Lt Siam.
